Changeover day is on a Saturday unless by prior arrangement. Terms And Conditions (Llwyn Isa Bach) A booking is only secure on receipt of a non-refundable 20% deposit. The balance is payable six weeks before the start date of the holiday. In the event of a cancellation the 20% deposit is non-refundable. Should the cancellation take place close to the start date of the holiday of the holiday and the balance has been paid, the balance is also non-refundable, unless we are able to arrange a replacement booking. We will do all we can to achieve this for you. We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance to protect your booking in the event of ill health or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a booking being made at short notice, the full rental charge (in cash) is to be paid at the time the key is exchanged. Please note we are not able to accept credit or debit cards. Payment is to be made in cash or personal cheque.
